 This collection is for the most part created for the "average citizen". FEMA training courses for you and me are here, as well as advanced courses for the trained First Responder. Students, teachers, EMT's, municipal and county Emergency Management personnel, federal level EMA groups ( listening out there, FEMA? ), survival and preparedness groups, Civil agencies such as the Civil Air Patrol, and much, much more will find the archives here a great resource, and in some cases, a starting point for collecting even MORE materials to bring together in to this library. Data compiled here can lead into ENTIRE training programs at ALL levels of society. Entire radio shows, TV programs, and MORE can use this material to dig further into all the various sections of basic civil defense and create an even larger pool of training materials. In other words, if nothing else, these pages represent a starting point on TOTAL SITUATIONAL AWARENESS...for anything. The Civil Defense Now Library Archive CDRom. Here for you...with more to come. 
I'll let you know now...This is just the FIRST CD Rom of many. BUT...I don't have everything Civil Defense related...I am still looking and collecting for this project.
